The above fees include accommodation, meals, study programs, and clothing (one pair of long – sleeved exercise clothes, one pair of cargo pants, two T – shirts, one pair of exercise shoes, and one backpack), as well as three study materials.
One – Year Class Curriculum
The learning content of the one – year class includes:
1. Power training, such as standing meditation, breathing techniques, guiding and stretching methods, meditation in sitting posture, and inner – alchemy cultivation, along with body – stretching and bone – straightening exercises.
2. Wujiquan (Wuji standing posture), ascending and descending movements, opening and closing postures, empty step, one – legged stance, triple energizer stance, eight trigrams stance, etc.
3. Walking and turning stance, straight – line mud – walking, and mud – walking step technique along a line.
4. The basics of internal cultivation, including body regulation, mind regulation, breath regulation, as well as health preservation and martial arts moves.
5. The three forms in Wudang martial arts and health preservation, namely hand form, body form, and step form.
6. The five methods, which consist of eye, hand, body, leg, and step techniques, along with basic movements.
7. Zhonglu Eight – Section Brocade (both standing and sitting postures).
8. Tao Jinghong’s Six – Character Formula.
9. An introduction to martial arts and Taoist self – cultivation.
Note: Excluding winter vacation and the Spring Festival, the actual learning time of the one – year class is 10 months.
