    • Wuji Standing Meditation : Also known as Wuji Hunyuan Standing Posture. Bend the whole body into an archery – bow shape and focus the spirit. Concentrate the form and spirit, cultivate both the physical body and the life essence, so as to make human principles conform to the laws of nature. As it is said in Tao Te Ching: “The crooked will be straightened; the bent will be made straight”, “The Tao of Heaven is like drawing a bow”. The boxing theory states: “Take the standing post as the foundation and the vital energy as the source. Move like a snake and be still like a mountain.” Stillness is the condition for practicing the internal power of the standing post. Only when one is still can movement be generated within the body. This is the internal – work heart – method passed down in the Taoist school for thousands of years, which is a true reflection of what is described in Tao Te Ching: “Attain the ultimate emptiness; maintain the utmost tranquility. All things are in motion, and I observe their return. All things are flourishing, and each returns to its root. To return to the root is to be still.”
    • Tai Chi Internal Elixir Meditation : This is a Tai Chi internal cultivation content set according to Tao Yan Jian Jin Shuo passed down by Zhang Sanfeng, the annotations of Lv Dongbin’s Bai Zi Bei, and the Tai Chi Dan Jing handed down by the Wudang school.
    • Zhang Sanfeng’s Sleeping Skill : Zhang Sanfeng, the ancestor, said: “If one practices the mysterious skills of sleeping, it doesn’t matter whether it is during the day or at night, or when the yang energy returns. Click the teeth 36 times to gather all the spirits in the body. Then loosen the belt, lie on one’s side with the face turned sideways. Close the eyes slightly, touch the upper palate with the tongue, and bring the knees together while tucking one foot under. The ten fingers are like hooks. One hand forms the Zi – Wu grip to cover the life – gate and the navel, and the other hand forms the Sword grip, bends the arm and uses it as a pillow…”
